WITCH BOTTLE

Used to keep witches and evil spirits away, finger nails, urine and hair were collected from home occupants, mixed in this then placed upside down beneath the fireplace. This actually sounds like something a witch would do.

Depression era glassware that was made in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. Often times it was given away for free at gas stations etc.
